Which one was that? They’ve currently got a few related to the deportation fiascos in at least 2 Cases where contempt charges are possible. Since contempt charges are leveled by judges at uncooperative litigants it would make no sense for a judge to dismiss said charges after leveling them. I can think of no such charges being leveled yet and no instance of the regime suddenly being good faith actors that would warrant the hypothetical charges dropped. In other words no charges of any kind have yet been filed against Trump and company.

As for the other comment… what criminal has “the left” latched onto? You talking Abrego Garcia? Cause he doesn’t have a record and was never charged nor given due process. These are requirements under the constitution and any person gets constitutional rights here regardless of their immigration status. So rounding somebody up and getting them on a plane with no hearing and sending them to El Salvador is patently illegal and it’s not even close.

Blocking all these grants and other funds that were already issued is also illegal. It’s called impoundment and there is a 1974 law that makes it illegal.

Those are just two examples of many where illegal things are taking place. University funding is another area where what they are doing is illegal. We can go on and on with this.

This is terrifying that someone who commits treason on a daily basis is in power and doesn't even understand what it means. A lot of people in this regime will likely face the charge of treason when this regime ends.
