Employee - Male, age 78
Rate of Pay - $400K/Yr
Years of Service - 4
Nature of Grievance - Improper discharge
The man's employers fired him 4 years ago for poor job performance and incompetence. Before leaving the workplace, at his urging, several of his friends broke into and ransacked the office. Employees in the office had to flee, for their own safety
He filed over 60 grievances alleging improper discharge and demanding reinstatement to his position. None of the grievances succeeded.
Now he has applied again for employment with his former employer. He refuses to attend a job interview.
Should the Employer hire him again?

You forgot about the part where he committed several felonies when he last held the job.

You're also forgetting his "friends" own roughly half the voting shares of the employer, depending on what you read.

And you forgot the major proxy fight requiring a police prescence upcoming at the next board meeting.

We will wait to see VP Harris certify the electoral votes, given the possibility of Dems ending up short of votes in several swing states.
Both sides have already filed 50-100 lawsuits in said states.
It’s a coin toss of a coin toss at this point

That’s what you think. I don’t believe that to be the case. This former employee will most likely be removed by security or carried out in handcuffs.
