Demond Fernandez

Just watching over the past few weeks and realizing how dry Demond Fernandez is. The whole team jokes and laughs and he just stares at the camera. How could somebody with such little personality get behind the anchor desk in a top 20 market? Maybe he is a great person don’t know much about him but just from my observation not fun to watch.

Not everyone can be like Devin. I find him refreshing as in he's not SMILING all the time like the others. He is serious in his reporting and that alone is refreshing.

Yes he would. I wouldn’t exactly say that 7’s former anchors outside of Bonds were unbelievable in the energy department. Just a bunch of happy talk. The News presentation was delivered a little faster and looked more exciting and that made up for it.

Demond's personality is lackluster at best. In addition to "hit it", he often prefaces his lead-ins with "get this" - even when it's a serious news story. He doesn't belong in Detroit, IMO.

I think he's a much better street reporter. I feel the same about Pamela Osborne.

I feel nick monacelli and Pryia Mann are better suited for street reporting too. Maybe one day they can develop further. Talented, but not natural behind the desk. I like Pamela Osborne and Jacqueline Francis too.
