The usual winners by default are in the top 3. K100, KISS, and The River once again proving you don’t have to do good radio to win.

Last place?? They're still ahead of powerhouses like WCKY, WCWA and the Ann Arbor NPR station!

For in market signals they are a last place FM station. You have to wonder if the person in charge of their programming department on Arlington feels any shame or embarrassment about this.
After all, outside of K100 all of their other stations have their hiney’s slapped up and down the block.
If it were me, I’d be embarrassed. Especially since they are losing to stations with the majority of day parts farmed out from of market.
