Except a research study done over several years in the British military suggest it takes 2 years on female hormones to level the playing field.
So for true equality there should be a 2 year ban once hormone therapy starts.

As long as the hormones have taken full effect and lessened their abilities to those of a typical woman. Telling you that a man can generally beat the snot out of a woman at almost anything because he’s stronger isn’t sexist... it’s biology 101. That’s not everybody obviously but in general the males of the species are stronger, faster and more agile.

I don't think estrogen is a banned substance since it doesn't enhance performance or mask pain.

Well, from where I sit, it seems that these would be performance modifying chemicals, if research is proving them to have a significant impact on performance.
