Oh, and show me how writing tickets for speeding, rolling stops, and jaywalking are keeping anyone safe and not simply separating individuals from their money.

Im sure its merely a coincidence that Detroit and Flint cant get their crime rates down while the police force is so understaffed and response times are as much as 3-5 hours due to a severe lack of manpower. And some of the safest areas in Detroit also have many more visible cops and a greater number of police facilities. Youll see a lot more patrol cars downtown than at Livernois and Fenkell. Guess which area is safer to walk in.
