Since AT40 the 70s is likely gone. Does anyone know of any stations that are streaming it at 7pm that can be accessed from Canada?

Audio sounds a little better today. Actually heard an ad for attorney Greg Monforton- because he advertises on every other Windsor station, why not CKWW?
Playlist still repetitive.

The loud crackling from lightning interference makes for a great listening experience!
The same can be said for WWJ.

Good Lord - I think the song library is tighter than WOMCs!
But they're actually playing songs worth listening to, so it's okay
I apologize for defending the playlist.
I just heard Sweet City Woman by The Stampeders twice within the last 45 minutes.
However that's still not as funny as WOMC playing Jack & Diane twice in a row

There are plans to make CKWW less music intensive than it is right now. It will also continue to focus on Windsor only.

I would have thought Ray would have purchased CKWW to make some sort of attempt at the Michigan side. Is there really that much value in a Windsor/Essex 500 watt AM station? Wouldn’t purchasing CJBK London make more sense? Much larger potential audience. The only thing that makes sense would be the eventual switch to ethnic programming, which would require changing the license.

I don't know if this can be "accessed from Canada," but WNBY-FM's website (oldies93fm.com) shows Casey Kasem's American Top 40 the 70's being streamed from 06:00 - 09:00 Eastern Time on Saturdays, with the 80's counterpart being broadcast from 07:00 - 11:00 on Sundays. I haven't actually heard the streaming, so I'm going on blind faith in the website to report this.

The iHeart website and app have a Casey Kasem channel, but I think that it might only be '80s and probably doesn't stream in Canada, so my comment doesn't really help you.

WRQN from Toledo (935wrqn.com) airs old Kasem shows on weekend mornings as well. Not sure if their stream is geoblocked in Canada.
Just don't test it weekday mornings, Denny Schaffer is on then and he sucks.

Just tried and it's working from here. I'll have to change my AT40 Sunday night to a weekend morning now. Thanks! Maybe they do a replay or something. Perhaps should look for a site with the AT40 stations (if they are listing them anywhere)

Al Pervin should be more than a little familiar with what attracts listeners in Windsor. He's a former host of the Hotline show at CKWW and was also program director quite a few regimes back,

Heard a promo yesterday Kent Chambers is doing (voicetracking) afternoon drive starting today. He’s the morning guy at CKOC. They even called it “Superhits of the 70s and 80s” which is their tagline
