How many of those QBs played for schools who had documented alleged cheating violations involving blatant sign stealing? Multiple coaches with show cause violations?MWmetalhead wrote: ↑Mon Sep 15, 2025 6:53 pm Plenty of outstanding college QBs were duds in the NFL. Let's see - RG III, Andre Ware, Brady Quinn, Ryan Leaf, Johnny Manziel. It doesn't make their success at the collegiate level illegitimate.
McCarthy has played two...just two (!!!)...games in the pros.
It's obvious you are rooting hard for his failure, but it's far too soon to write him off.
Stealing signs isn't cheating.Honeyman wrote: ↑Mon Sep 15, 2025 7:03 pmHow many of those QBs played for schools who had documented alleged cheating violations involving blatant sign stealing? They cheated and I know you know they cheated. Michigan got away with it and McCheater got a contract that will set him up for life. So YES, I root for him to fail as some justice because the NCAA didnt do shit.

the principles of honesty, fair play and sportsmanship in violation of Bylaw 10.
Although not quantifiable, Michigan’s on-field success during the time the scheme was in place further suggests that the advantage gained was more than marginal."
Deny more.
