Bill Clinton, during his last hours in office, pardoned a rogues gallery of the worst sleaze bags in the country.
I remember well. One thing The Clinton's taught me was, you don't have to be poor to be white trash.
Not to go off topic but of many reasons, HRC lost in part because many people didn't want to go back to all that bullshit. The bimbo eruptions, countless scandals, and just the sleaziness.
Back on topic. I mean it was obvious the crackhead loser would get a pardon, despite Biden lying that he wouldn't, I mean if you're going to do it at least be truthful.
Sometimes you can’t say the quiet part out loud.
Gee wiz RT, that's a weak sauce statement from a Biden sign-carrying member.
He could have not pardoned the Gun charges, at least that would give some plausible deniably and technically correct to his earlier statement.
Any credibility of the Democrats is just lost now.
Psalm 139:13 ~ For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb.
Jeremiah 1:5 ~ "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you;
Biden threw his own justice department under the bus. Many prominent Dems disgusted. Michigan senator Peters, Colorado governor Polis.
Hunter Biden’s team tried earlier this year to plead guilty on one of the charges so that he’d get full immunity against any other charges ever going back to 2014.
A judge said this insults the justice process, refused to accept their deal, and said this is ridiculous,
WJR guy Gordon and team made a good point, pardons are supposed to be after the person has been sentenced and at least done some time in jail. Pardons are an admittance of guilt, acceptance of guilt in return for the pardon.
Biden’s pardon essentially gives Hunter an even better deal (total exoneration) that they were looking for earlier in the year.
The reason it goods back to 2014 is so that joe himself, Joe’s brother and grandkids would not be charged with bribery and conspiracy.
Remember even Hunter finally admitted the laptop and contents was real. In it is showed the level of graft and grift, and joe and grandkids were beneficiaries and participants, grandkids got “six figures each”.
“10% for the big guy”
Hunter complaining to his kids “I’m the only one working and bringing in money in this family including Pops”
Joe has immunized his whole family over any future charges by the trump DOJ.
Jill was riding this hard.

The Republicans have nominated a felon and a traitor three consecutive times. GTFO with "credibility."

I think Biden just fucked us over for big gains in 2026.
Voters have the memory of a flea and Biden won’t be around politically and maybe literally. Plus Trump will wreak havoc in the meantime. Highly unlikely this affects 2026.
I have no problem with him pardoning his kid. Everybody who gets a pardon needed a pardon because somehow they screwed up in life.
My only issue is how many times Joe went on record saying he wouldn't do it.
But even that is not a big deal to me because every politician is a liar.

I thought they all just used "alternative facts."
Dropping knowledge on forum MAGAts (where DID they all go??). Unapologetically intellectually superior.

This will forever tarnish Biden's legacy.
Just wait till Trump takes office, you'll forget all about this.
Well...except for the fact that Biden has just made new precedent for when it comes to Trump possibly issuing pardons. Remember when everyone was up in arms over the Supreme Court's immunity ruling and the way Trump might use it? Well, same applies here.
In his sweeping pardon of Hunter Biden, President Joe Biden did not just protect his son. He also handed President-elect Donald Trump a template to shield his own allies and stretch the pardon power even further.
Legal experts say Trump now has fresh precedent — and political cover — to issue expansive pardons absolving his allies not only of specific offenses, but even any undetermined crimes they may have committed.
With the singular exception of Gerald Ford’s pardon of Richard Nixon, no modern American president had ever issued such a broad grant of clemency until Joe Biden’s “full and unconditional” pardon of his son on Sunday night. The younger Biden is now effectively cleared of legal consequences for any federal law he might have broken over a nearly 11-year period.
Those terms are so unusual — and the process leading to it was so secretive — that the Justice Department’s Office of the Pardon Attorney, which typically advises the president on clemency issues, was taken by surprise, according to a person who was granted anonymity to disclose the details.
I don't believe you can place rules to pardons. You're trying to posture Trump's future pardons on the actions of Biden when Trump has already vowed to do what he will likely do.
283,000,000 Americans didn't vote for Trump.
