This is still less embarrassing than the Ron Cameron thread.

Is it for anyone? I understand that it once was, but lately?

Why are we so fascinating with this shitty chain restaurant?
I for one was a bit interested in this topic, since I spent many many years working in the restaurant business,(all non chains though).and I like learning the history of why once very popular businesses either fail or succeed.I remember how there was a very high demand for a Red Lobster to open up here in Traverse City long before they did.

Just announced within the last hour: Denny's plans to cut their store count by about 150 by the end of 2025.Not sure if any would include franchied stores.

They put clocks in the booths to make the working class eat faster and move along so the upper class can be seated. Duh.

They didn't do anything to me. They're just a lousy restaraunt, in the same league as Bob Evans, Perkins, Ruby Tuesday and Applebees.

The only three on the list who actively tried to and succeeded in losing me as a customer were Applebees, Perkins and Bob Evans.

They offered him an app and he went into a long explanation how his only phone has a cord on it. "Cool, but I was asking if you wanted calamari."
