I actually like hearing Stoney. I’d rather him with Mikey than Rico.
I never understood why Stoney isn’t paired for a show with Wojo, maybe just once a week.
With all the local talent out there who understand Detroit sports like Sean Baligian and Matt Dery that could be hired to do fill in shifts, why bring in an out of towner?
Well, Dery left to be the Program Director of the other FM sports station - I can't remember the name - the one that didn't last long and it's almost like since he left to join the competition he can never be welcomed back. Marc Ryan sounds exactly like Jim Costa to me.

When he left mornings, Stoney said he will still be around for 2 years as the main fill-in host as well as host Lions post-game.

Simply put, you need at least 5 guys to play baseball. Basketball can be one on one. Football is #1, so everyone wants to play that.
