More news is coming to 2 with a 4:00 show. The plan is to stream on Fox Local but eventually end up on the main channel.

This has to be a play for more political advertising dollars. There just isn’t enough of a sizable audience at 4pm to justify another hour of news on Fox 2. I’m sure they won’t be adding significant numbers of reporters, photographers and producers to support the new show.

Jamie Sherrod is going to host the new 4pm show.
She previously worked at Fox 17 and WNEM.
