Here is my sample nighttime playlist (13 song hour):
Ozzy Osbourne - Perry Mason
Smashing Pumpkins - Disarm
Megadeth - Symphony of Destruction
Pearl Jam - Once
Queensryche: Jet City Woman
Audioslave - Doesn't Remind Me
Foo Fighters - I'll Stick Around
Alice in Chains - Angry Chair
Guns 'N Roses - Paradise City
Tool - Prison Sex
Van Halen - Mean Street
Metallica - Fade to Black
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Under the Bridge
Nice!!!! Like the Ozman and Perry Mason it never gets airplay but a great track, also Qryche and jet city woman.Overall very accessible for FM radio.
When was the last time Detroit rockers heard good shit like this........maybe back from the ABC 24 hr networks....Z Rock format out of Dallas.
Very sad....

I hate to say it, But this station sucks worse than The Breeze not that they don’t suck because they do as well. FM radio has reached it’s endgame guys we’re better off with a station that does nature sounds 24/7 and wave and rain sounds 24/7 than this crap that all these stations are playing today. Damn, I so glad I’m out of the business today, I’d be pulling what hair I have left out of my head if I were working at one of these stations today . This is truly a sad state that the industry is in.

MW, in other words, you want to remake the disaster formerly known as 97-1 Extreme Radio. Not exactly a good plan. Where's Gonzo Greg these days?

gonzo's in Vegas and wish we had him still in Detroit, he would be the perfect morn guy for music intensive morn drive. He was great at KNAC, K Rock/Extreme Radio and X103 INdy.......very talented and a fun listen imo.
I still have a few air check of him doing spandex palooza sat nights on 97.1 K Rock.

I think the playlists that MW and myself have put up would hurt WRIF and 89X more then CSX but would also pull in more listeners that have been fed up with FM rock radio for awhile now.
Im in no way degrading Wheelz....I love that the calls are back with a rock format and just want them to be successful.
Im hopeing they come out of the gate with a 6 share in the top 5.
If they do I will admit I was wrong about the current format and talking out my azz.
