They’ll put you right on their shuttle to get you to Motel 6… no charge and a definite rush delivery. “I’m sorry sir you seem to be lost let us help you out”.
That might have been their plan when they initially banned the clocks. They wanted to drive us away. But now they want us back. They realize that our money is just as good as middle class money, and we have more of it. We don't fritter it away at Starbucks or spend it on things like craft beer, cell phones, concert tickets or branded clothing with the labels on the outside.

My friend… here in the US the “working class” have no money and no means. Motel 6 is the Ritz Carlton. They work menial jobs often and support Trump in record numbers.

Most of our neighbours in Florida are working class. We have a retired house painter, a retired drywaller, a retired nurse, a retired Pastor,a retired plumber, a retired electrician - - -. And they all appear to be just as financially secure as we are.

I bet you if you asked, they'd say they're middle class.

What kind of a question is that to ask anyone? No one has ever asked me if I'm middle class.

Are you middle class?
If you own multiple homes, the answer is likely yes.

We all own a very modest second home because we can live cheaper than the middle class. We don't have to spend money on middle class things.

That test is all about income. It has nothing to do with one's social status.
Income might determine what hotel one can afford to stay in or whether one can afford his own clock to take into the room. But it has nothing to do with anyone's class.
If I won the lottery jackpot tomorrow, I would still be working class.

New phrase : “ working middle class” applies to a lot of people. Do not the middle class work , for where they’ve gotten and maintaining their lifestyle?

I'm working class and I don't even work. I'm retired. We're tho only class that doesn't have a minimum income threshold for membership.
It's just liberal elitists like Matt who believe the working class should live in poverty, without any of the comforts of life.
