They went 14-3 last year with Sam Darnold.

I grant you their OL blows, but its more than that. He is extremely slow progressing thru his reads. He doesn't appear to want to throw to his left, and defenses are already keying on it. He's not especially accurate and is loose with the ball. Jefferson already looks frustrated with him.

Only 2 games, Addison will come back, and the OL will get healthier, but there are some glaring signs that he is not ready to be an NFL QB.

I just read a FB post from Adam Schefter stating McCarthy is ruled out against the Bengals next Sunday with an ankle injury.

Bengals QB Burrow is out for three months following surgery for turf toe.

Now we know why big money is spent on O-linemen.

That said, if Wentz plays well, it wouldn't shock me if he keeps the starting QB job once McCarthy returns.

The surprising thing regarding the Vikings' o-line is some football pundit types were really hyping that unit, with some folks claiming the Vikings would have the best o-line in the league this season.

Kirk Cousins, who is getting paid superstar money ($45 million a year), lost the starting QB job to Penix.

I bet a lot of Vikings fans wish the organization stood pat with him.

Sam Darnold has been a mixed bag for the Seahawks in this young season.
