The posted "ratings" are average quarter hour shares from 6a to Midnight (I think) over a four weeks survey period.
Share only measures listening devices actually in use.
Cume, which can be found at RadioInsight.com's ratings page, is a measure of the number of different listeners over a week's time. A listening session used to have to be for a minimum of five minutes to count. However, because radio usage is sinking like a stone, to polish the proverbial turd, that hurdle is being reduced to three minutes (I am unsure if that rule change has yet taken effect).
Persons Using Radio (PUR) in an average quarter hour is down roughly 25 percent in the Detroit market compared to immediately before COVID.
