Nice graphic to show that the cases were falling WELL before Whitmer's lockdowns and continued to be low after those were lifted.

If Michigan had the testing infrastructure they had now back in late March and April, I have a feeling there would have been several days then with over 5,000 confirmed cases (and maybe a day or two with close to 10,000 confirmed cases).

Thing is that increased testing has not led to our increased case counts.
