With Deena on vacation common sense would say Maurielle would make up some time and fill in on THE NINE.
Not a chance! Let the Weather crew do it... Alan was on air from 0400-1100 on Friday.
Now here it is Saturday and she's AWOL from her usual THREE* hour shift (again).

When Deena is not there the show noticeably suffers. Lue is barely competent on her best days and hard to watch on her worst. During the week when Lee Thomas is on, the shows seems better too.

Sunday 8/9/2020 mark her ABSENT again.
She must be drawing "Underemployment".
12 hours per week is too much...

Didn't even notice that the "Maurielle Who" is OUT again until Langton broke the story at 0702.
Her electricity seems to off but the DTE Outage Map did not corroborate Charlie's FAKE NEWS!
Then Estime covered for her again at 0802.
Unless it was a Shutoff, that wouldn't show up on the map.

I don’t wish Maurielle any ill health but she is a self centered individual and is truly unwatchable on Fox 2 in the morning. And if Maurielle has a substance abuse problem, I truly wish her the best in dealing with her issues and hope she has good people by her through it all.

I haven’t cared for her since she made some comments about wanting to be anywhere else but Detroit.... on air too.

I’ll take Erika Erickson for the female voice on the show. She’s pleasant enough for the fun stuff that has to be done in those morning shows, but has the toughness to do the major stories as well.
