I meant to add the BBC weather link earlier. Here it is.Marcus wrote: ↑Wed Feb 02, 2022 3:20 pm Found four weather links for the Bluewater Area (other than Env. Canada).

This time around places like London and Huron County might not get it any worse than Sarnia, Chatham-Kent, or Windsor.

GRR Sherman St. SE and Vernon St. SE. January, 1978. Maybe MW knows this corner. Perhaps Vernon St. SE was renamed, to avoid confusion with Vernon St. NE?

Re: Major snowstorm brewing
I'll never forget the cold snap of the winter of 2015. Here in Tawas, we had a 37-consecutive-day stretch of below normal highs beginning in late January and ending in early March. And according to Accuweather, we got below zero 13 of the last 16 days of February, including 4 nights cracking -20.

2014 was nearly as cold - that was the year that there were still ice chunks floating around in Lake Superior into the second week of June.

My totally nonscientific measurements on my patio here in Brighton is 6 and a quarter inches. That's about 6 and quarter inches more than I wanted to fall. Looks like it's still going.
