I've been pondering this for a few days since it all came about.
What right does the USPS have in deciding what mail gets delivered?

A city or township should be able to put a piece of mail with the sufficient amount of postage on it into a mailbox. And expect it to get delivered. No matter who is the intended recipient. It is not the USPS's role to decide if the recipient is eligible to vote or not. Their job is to just deliver the mail.

This is the start of a slippery slope. The government deciding what and what you cannot get mailed to you.

If I’m not mistaken as long as it meets all the shipping requirements and is properly franked it must be delivered by law. Being on a list or not isn’t one of those requirements. Therefore they must deliver it. With the small window of time left this is more a 2028 issue than a 2026 one.

You have yet to say one word about the blatant corruption of the administration. At last word you defended the tarrifs and gave the Iran war a passing grade. The complete incompetence of virtually the entire cabinet gets nary a mention from you. You scorn anybody who brings up the desecration of national landmarks like the White House and reflecting pool as trivial.
