Peacock Premium discounted rate

A place to discuss broadband, streaming video, cable, and satellite services (not programming). Bitch about your crappy cable, satellite or streaming video provider here! This is also the place to talk about channel line-ups, packages, and special offers.

Peacock Premium discounted rate

Unread post by MWmetalhead »

My $2.99 monthly rate for 12 months recently expired. I was billed the full rate of $10.99 earlier this week.

I was going through the cancellation process (no way in hell am I willing to pay $11 a month for a service I seldom use), and lo and behold, was offered $2.99 for each of the next three billing cycles. That's inexpensive, so I accepted.

It'll be interesting to see how many Peacock college football games wind up being simulcast on NBCSN.

More people should do the same. It's not worth $11/mo. (Neither are a lot of other services.)

I was in the exact same situation as MW, but have yet to re-up. Seems Peacock always offers a $20/year deal, maybe around Christmas. Nonetheless, I'll wait until I gotta watch a game they actually have to resubscribe.

ALL OF THEM, thats what NBCSN is for - unless there some concurrences with other college football games/sporting events that would take priority

saturday 9/19 looks to be a time period with a lot of overlap

Eastern Michigan at Wisconsin
Saturday
09/19
12:30 PM
Southern Illinois at Illinois
Saturday
09/19
2:00 PM
WKU at Indiana
Saturday
09/19
4:00 PM

the 1230 and 4 pm games I surmise will be on NBCSN, while the 2 pm game would not

Looks like that Peacock discounted rate of $2.99 is still available. I just got it this morning. Also, for everyone else, Peacock will increase prices on September 18 for all plans. "Peacock Premium goes from $10.99 to $12.99 per month on that date, unless you have the $2.99 deal for the next 3 months.
