This Missaukee County scumbag should've already been locked up.

How on earth do multiple felony charges go "poof" for such a violent man? He should've been incarcerated still for his prior crimes.

Evidently they couldn't prove it beyond a reasonable doubt and if you can't... well... the charges go poof.

Also, the challenge for a prosecutor whose budget is smaller than most suburban city attorneys means lots of plea deals.

Grand Traverse County is struggling with this currently.
