The greatest, most venerable popular songsters in world history don't have a single "signature song". The entire Beatles hit songbook will be played and enjoyed for generations to come.
I'd guess individual Beatles might have their own signature songs, even when the band were together. It would certainly be a lot easier to determine!
I'll take a crack at it.

John Lennon - "Revolution" (in deference to Mr. Faygo above) or "Imagine" or "Give Peace a Chance".

Paul McCartney - "Maybe I'm Amazed" or "Hey Jude" or "Yesterday" or "Let It Be".

George Harrison - "My Sweet Lord" or "Something"

Ringo Starr - "You're Sixteen" or "Yellow Submarine" or "With a Little Help From My Friends"

Damn, too f'n hard!

I have to take great exception here. If anything from that album can be even remotely considered a signature song it would have to be either the title track, mostly because of its opening guitar riff and not the seedy depiction of its title character, or "Locomotive Breath".
