That WOOD TV building is a hideous eyesore. It might be the ugliest building in the entire city.

At first glance... there is no way they have that many employees. Second, they really maximized that space and third, that would be a fun building to own. How much do you think it would go for?

It's a crying shame things have come to this. Amazing how things can turn around in less than 10 years...

That drone fly-through and accompanying pics are a terrific tour through the building during that point in time. I wonder if the drone clip was produced in-house... and what it would look like if produced today.

Whatever build-out they are doing now to replace it will probably be a let-down to staffers, those left after a change in locale.

I also wonder if 4/30 is too soon for this to be fixed:

Any update? I see all job positings on 9&10's website are all for Traverse City. Does the TC building have the capacity for all their staff plus studio space?

This cyber attack, was it caused by:

A. 79 year old Marge, with 48 years of service at the clerk's office and pissed that she has to use these dern 'puters instead of the 42 file cabinets she used to maintain, clicking on a link in an email from a Nigerian prince

B. Darryl, 52 year old divorced plow truck driver down at the road commission, surfing porn sites on the 18 year old desktop computer in the garage

C. The county Board of Commissioners, an elite group of people who attend meetings in jeans and a FarmFest 2013 t-shirt, who balked at paying $1000 for firewall software because "we're a small county, how would those scammers even find us anyhow?"
