For instance, you can't block the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in the name of free speech.
You yourself said they will likely get fined. Why would they get fined at all if blocking a parade fall under protected free speech?
This has nothing to do with WHAT they said. Only the where, when and how. I'd be fine if they did it on the sidewalk.
