I -am- putting country above party by voting for Trump. Never-Trump Republicans are putting their unbridled hatred of Donald Trump over country, in my view.

If those folks were gonna go Republican you’d be ready to add those places as states yesterday. You can still win them over but it requires your party to act normal and CHANGE its strategy when it fails. Not call everybody else cheaters.

I won't dispute that Republicans would probably be pushing for Puerto Rico statehood if they were likely to produce 2 Republican Senate seats and a Republican House seat. But right now the status quo is that they're not a state and that they would likely produce Democrats. I don't think people like Chuck Schumer or Nancy Pelosi care one iota about the Puerto Rican people; they see them as an opportunity to expand power and nothing more.

Yeah Trump is as Republican and Conservative as one of us liberals in here. While that quote about him picking the GOP because the voters were easier to sucker is fake…. The spirit of that quote is dead on.

Audio, a little history here, it wasn't until the 70's that a woman could get a credit card in her name unless her husband signed off on it. Women had to fight for the right to vote. They have been treated as second class citizens for a lot of our history and that is just wrong. They and they only should have the right to say what they do with their body. Yes the man involved should be a part of that decision but in the end if she doesn't want to carry the fetus for whatever reason it is her body and her decision. BY taking that away from women we are back into the dark ages of women's rights.

The fetus has some rights too, the law already recognizes if the fetus killed, it is homicide.

There is also the option of giving up the child, which should be talked about too.

Keep in mind I personally agree with abortion in cases of rape, incest and to save the mothers life And I also agree the man who made the woman pregnant should be part of the discussion but in the end it remains her body and her decision.
