I'll gladly take the win. Michigan's red zone defense was decent today. Offense was nothing special but looked better than a week ago.

The trick plays worked well for the Wolverines and not so well for the Sparturds.

The two possessions in the 1st quarter where MSU came up empty (despite driving very deep into Michigan territory) plus Michigan putting up 9 points in the final :30 of the first half all proved crucial.

Emotions get heated in the closing moments headbutting is wrong just like roughing the QB both sides were in the wrong.
