I won't pick 'em, but I'll sure be rootin' for 'em!

Ohtani is my favorite player, so I’m rooting for the Dodgers the rest of the way.

Tigers well exceeded my expectations for the season. If they can get a starting pitcher (Getting Flaherty back would be nice) and a bat or two and I think they’ll be pretty good going forward.

Why? Because they are a more talented team than the Yankees.

I didn't say I was rooting for them. I honestly could care less which team actually wins the ALCS.
Fair point - since the Tigers are out, I'm back to wanting the team that wins the first game to sweep the series to get the season done ASAP.

I see a short series between CLE-NYY. CLE bullpen is taxed. The cats were getting runners on base, but not the big hit. The Yanks will get get the big hits.

Think you're right, tw. I'd say 5 games.

I’d rather see Cleveland win than the Yankees.

I'd like to see Cleveland win it all. Imagine a CLE/SD World Series. A couple of droughts. I'd rather that than a fucking Yank-mes and Dodgers series.

The Tigers had a good season very proud they made it to ALDS coming close to making ALCS I was hoping they would've beaten the Guardians in game 5. AL Central should be a 3 team race Guardians, Tigers, & Royals as I don't see the White Sox competing next year will be better but still a 100+ loss team in my opinion. Plus no one in Chi can see them on CHSN which so far is a flop.

Cleveland pulled a win out of its ass last night.

2 run homer in bottom of the 9th with 2 outs and 2 strikes to send the game to extras with a 5-5 score.

2 run walk off homer by Deadly David Fry in bottom of the 10th to win the game 7-5.

Cleveland was literally one strike away from going down 3-0 in the series. Instead, it is now a 2-1 series.

It’s still 2024, so I’ll post here.

Tigers sign starter Alex Cobb to a one year deal. Hooray?
