I think he will get jail time, but this is his first offense and these cases typically don't involve jail time. Probation likely and many fines.

A jury was convinced beyond a reasonable doubt. At some point the political ends and 12 people approved by both sides looked at the evidence and even had some testimony read back to them before making a decision. He lost. Just because he lost doesn’t mean it was political… you’re basically saying the judge, the prosecutor and the jury were all in on it. It just isn’t so…
