Shame on them if it was a sick joke. I have a very close friend who was just diagnosed with breast cancer. It's not funny. Suzanne bravely battled it for decades.

Very Rarely watch the Morning Show,but my guess is that was an over looked segment that was prerecorded the previous Friday if not sooner.

Sick joke played by someone in the news room?

If so, that was done in very poor taste.

I would bet money that birthday fullscreens are made the day before (or the Friday before).. as something easy the producer can do to get ahead. And then perhaps the same person who made the fullscreen isn't there the next day, or simply overlooked it. It's unfortunate.
