The roar has gone silent
The roar has gone silent
Most of the evening yesterday, and all this morning, the roar sports on 93.5 FM is dead air. Checked my HD radio at home and 94.7 HD2 is there, but silent as well. Are they done with this already or just technical difficulties?

Flea powered 99.1 is on the air with two simultaneously running audio sources. I hear Colin Cowherd on one of them.
I constantly hear audio issues on sister station 98.3.
The 99.9 translator seems to be the only one that is properly maintained. Haven't noticed any issues on that one in a very long time.

Yes it seems to be back. I thought I read on a thread that the roar is coming to an end soon. Thought this was that moment.

If The Roar has more than a couple hundred listeners in an average quarter hour, I'd be shocked.

The programming is simply subpar.

I wish The Roar would go silent. I live in Troy, and used to be able to listen to CJAM on 99.1 until the translator came online.

So, the Roar is operating on 93.5, 98.3, 99.1, and 99.9? I have only heard the Roar on 93.5 in Rochester Hills marginally, but I haven't tried the other spots on the dial.
They/them, non-binary and proud.
Remember that “2000 Mules” was concocted by a circus of elephants.
The right needs to stop worry about what’s between people’s legs. Instead, they should focus on what’s between their ears.
Audacity sucks.

93.5 and 99.1 only.
98.3 and 99.9 play the Praise Network (contemporary black gospel) from Urban One, the programming once found on 102.7.
