It only takes one word to send Ron flying off on a tangent. In this case, it was "Arizona". Somehow we got from Nick Libett to the Cory Lidle saga.

Re: Ron Cameron
I don't think Ron's ever recovered from Lidle crashing into the Trump Tower. Just as he was finally getting over JFK's death.

Re: Ron Cameron
That's quite ironic. Rogers is pretty good defensively and that is his best asset but Ron praises and defends this guy like there is no tomorrow. Someone should bring that point up to Ron, curious what he says.Bobbert wrote: ↑Fri Jun 02, 2023 12:03 pmInterestingly, Roger is fifth in a category that Ron doesn't believe in—pitch framing.Mr.Transistor wrote: ↑Fri Jun 02, 2023 11:57 am Good grief. More love for his mancrush Jakie Rogers. Best defensive catcher in mlb is that what he said?

More fishing for phone numbers
Re: Ron Cameron
Nick, you'd understand how Ron loses numbers if you ever met his maid.
Re: Ron Cameron
Post-interview, I expect Nick to tell Ron to lose his number (again).
Re: Ron Cameron
Caller #4: Greg from Warren.
Re: Ron Cameron
Love the mention of Amantea, which was the Southfield Ram's Horn of the 80s shows on WCAR. I was even induced to visit there once, and had a good meal.
Re: Ron Cameron
More talk of Lidle's death. Get this man a grief counselor, stat.

Ron the king of name dropping
Re: Ron Cameron
Always touting his other guests when talking to another guest.
Re: Ron Cameron
"Is that it, caller?" Can't even be bothered to remember Greg's name!
