Tina Turner
Re: Tina Turner
What happened? Matti didn't jump in here with his TMZ link.
I don't mean to brag, but I just put a puzzle together in 1 day and the box said 2-4 years.

What can I say. You snooze you lose.
Re: Tina Turner
People talk a lot about her 1980s music, but this is how I will remember her:

ALF (with Andrea Elson) sings "Proud Mary" (1st Season) from October of 1986. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b_hudua ... =Melmacian
Re: Tina Turner
The only CD's that I have are "Proud Mary: The Best Of Ike & Tina Turner" (compilation from 1991 1 CD set), USA For Africa "We Are The World" (various artists from 1985) which has the song "Total Control", duet with Bryan Adams "It's Only Love" (from Adams 1984 "Reckless") & duet with Eric Clapton "Tearing Us Apart" (from Clapton 1986 "August") but that is all that I have.

So good Kroger is using the song in TV spots. Hmmm....

Re: Tina Turner
Sad to see yet another legend gone. Tina was a great singer, and the fact she had a career resurgence after getting away from Ike made her even stronger. R.I.P. legend.
Re: Tina Turner
Ike & Tina on Carson from October of 1972. (runs 13 minutes) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DL9OpvE ... hnnyCarson
Re: Tina Turner
I also got "Tommy The Movie" (1975) starring The Who & Mel Gibson "Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome" from the Summer of 1985, both on regular DVD!!
