Other than Ron trying to be heard over birthday revelers, my favorite moment of that remote was when Ron asked Luke what he was doing. “Trying to keep you on the air,” Luke clapped back. That, a wounded Ron said, was “a low blow.”

I don't see a press pass-free Ron pivoting so quickly. He's got a gold mine of attack lines, e.g., Scott Harris, Lance Parrish, Ron Colangelo, to go wobbly now. Apart from Rodriguez's undisputed artistry of late, I can see him giving more credit to the failings of the teams the Tigers have defeated.

I mostly just review the show notes from Drew's podcast & although Drew's been known to talk about the Buzzboard thread about the podcast, I've never seen any reference to Ron and/or this thread.
