The Brian Wilson Memorial Broadcast Center on Superior has been sold. Nice to know the whopping 4 people who remain live and local in Toledo will have cool new digs.

Since there are not nearly as many employees as there used to be, maybe a new venue might be better.

That also means WIOT and WCWA have their 3rd studio in 10 years, the first being their long-running one at Fort Industry Square, then Superior and now at Hensville.

A little birdy told me this project is on hold until after 2024.

Based on their recent budget cutting, I can't imagine them spending a dime to move any currently operating studios and offices.

So even though 125 Superior has been sold, iHeart will continue to be based out of there at least until sometime next year?
