Rewind 94.3 Monroe

I’ve been streaming WERW 94.3 from Monroe. I’ve got to say this is a good sounding station and the fact that it’s commercial free is excellent. So far the music mix is above average for a Classic Hits format. I don’t have a website for this station, but you can Google WERW Rewind 94.3 and give it a listen.

I have, not a bad station. One problem is every 10 minutes it’s time for a 15 minute commercial set. Probably because it’s a IHeart station. I’m more for streaming commercial free internet stations like Smooth 70’s www.all70sallday.com or The Big 80’s station www.thebig80sstation.com these two stations are what I mostly stream in the car.

I remember when they were on 97.5fm. Some years ago, I attended Monroe Community College for a time, most my classes were at the main campus on Rainsville road but I did have a couple at the Whitman Center on Lewis Ave in Temperance.

Anyway, when I was up in Monroe I'd tune 97.5 just for something different to listen to.

Yes!!! Good old 97.5 WEJY could always be counted on for music unlike what other mainstream stations were playing. I believe their studio was in Monroe High School.
