All of us here - and I’m including you, also, Cowboy - who are able to listen live should call in on Sunday to raise the rights of those who depend on the podcasts. To get pass the screener, it would be wise to have some other (sports) topic as a ruse, e.g., does Ron think the Tigers should’ve drafted Brock Porter? After a couple or more of such calls, a frustrated Ron will likely blame the unwitting screener for letting these calls in. With my lifetime ban, I’ll have to first case the joint to test security before I feel comfortable adding my voice.

Ray Scott. If so, expect more talk of his best-selling book, the one Ron will never even get to page one. JFK, too. And the requisite mention that Ray is only one of two Pistons coaches to have won coach of the year honors. And, no, the other one wasn’t Larry Brown (or, for that matter, Chuck Daly).

As someone who depends on the podcasts for my weekly SportsTalk listening, I appreciate any and all talking the time to inquire about the updating or return of the podcast postings. I sent an e-mail last week, asking what happened to the podcasts, and received no reply, unlike previous times, where I received a reply.

Watching today's HOF induction ceremony, I was struck by the number of attendees/inductees who, for varying reasons, have had central roles over the years I've been listening to Sports Talk with Ron Cameron, starring Ron Cameron: Ferguson Jenkins, Jim Kaat, Sandy Koufax, Minnie Minoso, Jack Morris, Cal Ripken, Jr., Pudge Rodriguez, & John Smoltz.

Yes. Did you miss what he said to Mr. Positive? Before Mr. Positive could say anything, Ron said he had to talk to him about something. And that was that he was never to mention us again. That he heard we had "slammed" two of his guests & he was not going to stand for that!
