Thursday Night Football on Amazon
With Thursday Night Football coming to Amazon, doesn't it mean that you don't need to worry about watching football on TV on Thursday nights?
Re: Thursday Night Football on Amazon
No way in hell I'm paying $139 a year (ESPECIALLY to Amazon) to watch football on Thursday night.
So yeah, I guess that means I just won't care about Thursday night games this upcoming season.
On a side-note, Amazon continues to get too big for its own good. Why do they need their hand in every facet of society?

Looks like I'm not watching football on Thursdays.

What's the difference? Google has already done it and has allot of access to most things one does online already. Personally, big companies hurt society, not help it.
As for football, college games.... yes. They show more "manhood" below the waistline than the pro guys that still wear cups. That's the only thing that keeps me watching.

I'm planning to watch it. As a middle class 1%er, I have long had an Amazon subscription in place. I'll post live game updates on here for you next fall.Gerald1981! wrote: ↑Tue Mar 01, 2022 9:42 amWith Thursday Night Football coming to Amazon, doesn't it mean that you don't need to worry about watching football on TV on Thursday nights?

It looks like Amazon or Apple TV will wind up with NFL Sunday Ticket in 2023, departing Direct TV.

Reminds me of the story I heard on Dave and Chuck this morning. Apparently Wal Mart plans to be a major PCP in the coming years. Every facet of society.......bmw wrote: ↑Tue Mar 01, 2022 9:55 amNo way in hell I'm paying $139 a year (ESPECIALLY to Amazon) to watch football on Thursday night.

Prediction:
Thursday Night Football will magically find its way onto a broadcast or cable network once the 2022 season begins or shortly thereafter.

There are people that don't have Prime?

Even the lower class can get Prime at $5.99 a month if they qualify for EBT. Seems like a no brainer.
They/them, non-binary and proud.
Remember that “2000 Mules” was concocted by a circus of elephants.
The right needs to stop worry about what’s between people’s legs. Instead, they should focus on what’s between their ears.
Audacity sucks.

🖐
I just don't care anymore. I don't have Prime, I don't have Uber and I don't have PayPal.

Most of the Thursday night games are garbage.
I don’t have Prime either. Not worth the cost.

I buy shockingly little from Amazon. I do sign up for a free 30 days every Christmas season, order all my Christmas gifts, get the free shipping, then cancel it.
Never used Uber or Lyft. I just walk, lol.
I use PayPal, but only because that’s the easiest way, as Commissioner, to collect fees and pay out fantasy football prizes. That’s pretty much all I use it for.
When baseball put some playoff games on MLB-TV, I just stopped watching. Same with NBA on NBATV. Same with NFL Network, never watched any Thursday Night games that were exclusive to that channel.
And it will be the same for me with Amazon Prime. The content just isn’t that important to me. I’ll catch the highlights on YouTube.
