I would have to say that Rand Paul looks good on paper if I were a conservative. But you need to have a certain savvy to represent the entire country and he just is to mired in principle to understand how to be a true leader.

He bootstrapped in on the heels of his dad but I don't think he would have been capable to get elected to his current position if his last name wasn't Paul.
