It was announced today that Ann Carlini after 30 years at WRIF will join Rock 105 and 95.5. She will be doing mid days. She and her husband have moved up from the Detroit area. This is a major market move by Black Diamond! Also they have purchased stations in the Midland area.

Well, I think Anne was placed on the beach at the end of last year (https://www.allaccess.com/net-news/arch ... lus-wrif-m), so a gig in TC would look fairly good... and be far more stable than major market radio is these days, which is back to slash and burn to make shareholders happy.

In case anybody forgets, Mike Chires was the general sales manager for Greater Media for years. I would imagine he's got a relationship with many of the WRIF, WCSX staff.

So Anne Carlini has now worked at almost all of the same stations and markets as the late Bill Gildenstern/Bill Gibson.
