On January 20, 2017, the DJIA was 19,732.40. Today, the DJIA closed at 28,292.73. Fifth Grade Math reveals that is 8,560.33 INCREASE in just 3.5 yrs, with 6 months of a massive Democrat Shut Downs, as a result a "Pandemic". The only thing tanking is....... your credibility.

And what does that have to do with the real world?

The fact that you had to ask, says it all.
But you don't have an answer.

The stock market is not the economy. Perhaps you haven't noticed your economy is in its worst shape since the Great Depression.

First off, I don’t support, nor will ever vote for Donald Chump.

Second, it’s the filthy individuals’ fault for getting COVID-19.

Third, wow, a quarter million in a year? Seems quite small to the 623,471 “safe and legal” murders of unborn people in 2016 or the more than 50 million murders since Roe v. Wade.

But you keep freaking out about a virus that 1% of the population got, and the only 6% of those infected have been killed by it.
1) Wise

2) "filthy individuals fault"?!? You are a psychotic.

3) Blah, blah, blah, none of you biz what a woman does with HER body.

4) Have you read about myocarditis for one? You're too stupid to realize the long term effects of this.

SOME sectors of our economy is in very bad shape. Much of it is to do with the lcokdowns imposed by very liberal and power hungry Governors and Mayors. (Personally, I think it's on purpose to make the economy look like it's in poor health prior to the election).

SOME sectors of our economy is quite good. I was fortunate enough to get in on a recent IPO. The price at buy in was 18.00 per share. I purchased 2,000 shares at the initial offering. This particular company is in a segment that's doing quite well right now and yesterday, I sold my 2,000 shares for a shade under 30.00 per because I thought it was overvalued at the price. We'll see. But a little over 20,000 in two weeks is good work when you can get it.

Point is, certain segments are doing quite well. Certain segments are doing poor. The ENTIRE economy isn't in shambles. There aren't soup lines opening up in the suburbs quite yet.

Unemployed numbers are at multi-year record high levels. Thousands of small businesses are gone for good.

Full disclosure. I'm a working class socialist and the stock market means absolutely nothing to me.

It should. Your pension fund is heavily invested in it.

Thank the "Shut'er down Democrats", to include the Draconian Queen in Lansing.
Thank a poor response to the virus at all levels and a particularly poor one on the national level. If you don’t communicate and get out ahead of the panic it will consume you. That’s exactly what happened to us.
