97.1 Mornings...

Post by lidoshuffle » Sun Jul 26, 2020 10:12 pm

If Jeff Riger is on again and either Stoney or Jamie "have the day off", I am gonna tear down the transmission towers myself...

It really is painful.

Jaime and Mike are by far the cream of that crop.

Jamie came on (from home) today to announce he's been battling colon cancer since January 2019. He sounds so wiped out. I thought maybe he had COVID-19. Jamie is a really good guy, I hope he recovers from this.

Sidney sit down, relax, have a sandwich, drink a glass of milk, do some fucking thing

WOW I did not hear that. I am not a big Jamie fan but I wish him well. Always sad to hear of people so young battling potentially life threatening diseases.

I just listened to the replay at 971theticket.com. He starts talking about it at around 8:03am.

I was very saddened to hear this about "the big headed kid" this morning, I like Jamie, I hope he can recover and come back to mornings on the Ticket, so no more bitching when he is not at the mic in the AM, for good reasons...(just anyone but Riger)....

I wondered why Jamie worked from home while the older Stoney worked in studio.

Why is it important to some people to mention that they arent a fan of someone that is sick? Cant you just wish them well?
