WUDT-LD (Daystar) RF 23 to RF 8 (was supposed to have already moved)
WADL (IND) RF 39 to RF 27 (already moved)
This phase ends May 1, and is the last phase that will affect Detroit-area TV stations in the U.S. During the next phase, the only stations in the area that are moving are Canadian ones.
WHNE, at least according to their Facebook, will be back by the end of the week hopefully. But don't get your hopes up, they say whenever things start to look good, it quickly turns bad for them. Can they ever catch a break?

However, Light TV, Retro TV, Rev'n, Heartland, and NewsNet are available streaming online for free. GetTV is on FuboTV, a subscription streaming service.
The Heartland stream is delayed by about 2 minutes and has an alternate schedule, but I know for a fact that Red Green airs on the live stream.
Sadly, the Drive In channel is not available anywhere else, it's WHNE exclusive.
REALLY IMPORTANT!: If you don't have a VHF antenna, wait until after the pandemic is over to go and get one. Please!
