YouTube TV dropping FSD
YouTube TV dropping FSD
Another sign of how Sinclair screws up everything...
YouTube TV says it’ll be dropping Fox Sports Detroit later today over f-up’d retrans negotiations. Sinclair decided to dramatically raise rates after taking over the regional sports nets.
Now people are lashing out online about SBG’s greed. Haven’t the Tigers suffered enough???

This happens a lot... it’ll be back when it’s settled more than likely...sinklair wrote: ↑Fri Feb 28, 2020 9:13 amAnother sign of how Sinclair screws up everything...

Hopefully faster than the negotiations with AT&T took last year.Rate This wrote: ↑Fri Feb 28, 2020 8:07 pmThis happens a lot... it’ll be back when it’s settled more than likely...sinklair wrote: ↑Fri Feb 28, 2020 9:13 amAnother sign of how Sinclair screws up everything...

I LOVE SPORTS! But I love paying $49.95 per month for YTTV. Instead of paying $150 for other service. #Savings

I wonder if Hulu caved to Sinclair's demands, as I have Hulu with live TV and my bill went up $10 last month. I suppose it could be worse for local sports fans, at least we're not Los Angeles Dodgers fans being locked out of watching their teams games on TV with most providers, except Spectrum, (formerly Time-Warner.)

Re: YouTube TV dropping FSD
Heard today that there is a possibility that Comcast will NOT renew their contract with the old fox regional sports channels. That won't sit well with the Detroit sports teams or Comiecast users.

They’d probably get together and start a new RSN...tapeisrolling wrote: ↑Sat Feb 29, 2020 9:22 pmHeard today that there is a possibility that Comcast will NOT renew their contract with the old fox regional sports channels. That won't sit well with the Detroit sports teams or Comiecast users.
Re: YouTube TV dropping FSD
Fox Sports Detroit has been off my Dish since last July. Sinclair better come to their senses, their greed could come back to bite them in the ass.
Re: YouTube TV dropping FSD
Rumors are Comcast/Xfinity will drop them in September, just in time for horrible hockey and basketball. Nice.

Wasn't this how PASS died and Fox Sports was born many years back?Rate This wrote: ↑Sat Feb 29, 2020 11:54 pmThey’d probably get together and start a new RSN...tapeisrolling wrote: ↑Sat Feb 29, 2020 9:22 pmHeard today that there is a possibility that Comcast will NOT renew their contract with the old fox regional sports channels. I think it was something vaguely similar...rugratsonline wrote: ↑Mon Mar 02, 2020 10:17 pmWasn't this how PASS died and Fox Sports was born many years back?Rate This wrote: ↑Sat Feb 29, 2020 11:54 pmThey’d probably get together and start a new RSN...tapeisrolling wrote: ↑Sat Feb 29, 2020 9:22 pmHeard today that there is a possibility that Comcast will NOT renew their contract with the old fox regional sports channels. Re: YouTube TV dropping FSD
Yes. They did coexist very briefly, but PASS was pretty much left with the Hazel Park raceway and other junk.
Re: YouTube TV dropping FSD
Somehow FSD is still working on my Youtube TV, or at least it was 2 days ago...

I thought I had FSD on Fubo, only FS1 and FS2 are available.
