The then News Director claimed it was a show that would highlight great journalism (extended reports on issues facing our communities) and build relationships with organizations that would make us media partners for big community events.
So, 3 years into this “experiment” what are the results? It’s dreaded by anchors and producers who have to work on the show. From a story perspective, we just re-rack old stories. Has it changed the event/media partnership landscape? Well, we recently did a long segment on Zehnder’s Snofest... a TV5 event!!!
By all accounts, 25-66 management fails to execute a clear strategy then it fails to deliver. In the end, we are asked to do more with less. Another example about why things won’t soon change with the current management in place.
Acceptable registrations in the queue through May 12 at 7:00p ET have now been activated. Enjoy! -M.W.

To answer your question, yes, that station is a community wide failure.
