Toledo's "Mix 95.7" off the air?
Noticed as of about 3:30 this afternoon that WIMX-FM (aka) "Mix 95.7" was off the air. It was playing fine while I was listening to their "Solid Gold Lunch Café" around noon. Then when I came back to it at 3:30 it was all static. Even their web stream via Tunein is mostly static, with a little bit of Dayton's talk station, which is also on 95.7, coming in every once in a while. I think it's WHIO-FM, which is actually transmitting from a northern suburb of Dayton.

Back on, some time late last night/early this morning. Thank goodness! One of my favorite music stations, even if I'm not their target demo! I've always loved classic hip-hopp/r&b.

One evening recently, 93.5 WRQN had dead air, for quite a while, but as usual, no one to answer the phone to let them know about it. You mean 95.7 actually monitors their Gibsonburg signal?

Re: Toledo's "Mix 95.7" off the air?
Considering that Mix 95.7 only has one local dj/host, Brandy Brown's mid-day show, I thought they might be off for a while. Whenever they have satellite problems, those issues seem to last for a few days, sometimes up to a week before they're able to air any national programs, such as Keith Sweat's "Sweat Hotel, Tom Joyner or D.L. Hughley.
