Beat me to it; was just getting ready to post a new thread on this very topic. :)

Certainly sounds a LOT more interesting than the mickey mouse effort that WKBD will be unveiling.

I'll give the Dietz program a shot at earning my viewership for sure.

I don't say this often - this seems like a very smart programming move on WADL's part!

Let’s hope the production value improves. Looks like it’s being produced out of his basement.
His video of Taylor Mayor Rick Sollars was poorly produced, and I'm sure he sent hizzoner a juicy invoice, too.

I hope it’s better than when WADL tried news at 9PM several years ago. That looked like public access quality.

I remember watching it once a long time ago and the single thing I remember about it is that it was garbage.

That pile of shit was produced out of state somewhere, and yes, the video quality, production values, EVERYTHING...was horrendous.

For some reason, the Oakland Press and Macomb Daily associated themselves with that abortion. Not sure why.

Thankfully, the plug was pulled very quickly.

According to the description provided by the station, Dietz will focus on a couple of stories and interview guests. Sounds more like a revamp of "The Lou Gordon Show."

Looks like a solo podcast with a camera.

I also remember the Downriver News-Herald being part of that association.

My furthest DTV tropo: KDKA Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at 202 miles for three days in January 2017 and a night in September 2017 with only an Antennas Direct C2V!

Current setup: Antennas Direct C2Max (2018-present)

To those of you saying it looks like public access, believe me, this is not public access. Public access is of much worse quality. I think they'll get better over time so give them a few months and I think they'll get it down.

I was wrong in giving WADL and Mr. Dietz the benefit of the doubt.

He is a mediocre one-on-one interviewer. The show I saw last week was less interesting than watching paint dry. I have a feeling the show will largely be a parade of no-name guests to boot.
