Jeff Shetzer retires from K100 after 30 years
Jeff Shetzer, the long-time Saturday morning and early afternoon host of K100, retired after his show earlier today. It was one of the predictions listed for 2020. I'll miss hearing him for sure.

I guess another prediction I got right.... a few days earlier, just like Harvey.radioandtventhusiast wrote: ↑Sat Dec 28, 2019 5:05 pmJeff Shetzer, the long-time Saturday morning and early afternoon host of K100, retired after his show earlier today. Picture it, Lester Mark's coming in to VT that slot. Or Timmy forced to work it?

Lester might be an OK fit, as he's already on 98.3. I just don't see Timm working that shift, but it would be interesting for sure. I'm also thinking Q105 afternoon guy Russ Ryder, who used to program the Wolf.TeddyBear wrote: ↑Sat Dec 28, 2019 11:38 pmI guess another prediction I got right.... a few days earlier, just like Harvey.radioandtventhusiast wrote: ↑Sat Dec 28, 2019 5:05 pmJeff Shetzer, the long-time Saturday morning and early afternoon host of K100, retired after his show earlier today. Timm needs to do allot more, to justify his salary. There is a reason he only works til 2 on RQN. Becky always came in at 2 to time out the log. He was always voicetracked, without exception. A nice guy.... yeah. But that does not justify being overpaid and appearing lazy... including VTing for the square states.radioandtventhusiast wrote: ↑Sun Dec 29, 2019 11:26 amLester might be an OK fit, as he's already on 98.3. In the Star105 days, Timm used to actually answer the phone and chat with you- that's when radio was the real deal. Too bad VT is getting over-used.
