Just out of curiosity, since I havent seen it brought up-- how is Charlotte? Ive been told that its a nice city. Downtown can be pricey and its more cosmopolitan, but the outskirts *might* be the more typical Southern city-slow-paced, inexpensive, hospitable.
I havent heard much about crime and/or blight being a widespread problem like in Memphis or Atlanta.

Re: City Shopping
I’ve only driven through Charlotte. Seems fairly large. Cost of living is probably higher than just ten years ago. I don’t know much about the suburbs.Y M Ionhere wrote: ↑Mon Dec 09, 2019 6:52 pmJust out of curiosity, since I havent seen it brought up-- how is Charlotte? Ive been told that its a nice city.
