Level 42 one of the most underrated bands of the 80’s this group is the UK’s version of Chicago great musicians .Seen them in Concert 5 times twice in Detroit.

Re: 98.7 Song Requests
It seems someone agrees with our picks, because I've heard quite a bit of them play after we put them down on this thread.
Right now Yvonne Elliman is playing.

Ooo, thought of this one just now.

Also maybe "It's Raining Again" by Supertramp.

Re: 98.7 Song Requests
I have 3 classics that would fit perfectly from the year I graduated 1973 they are I’m Doing Fine Now from the group New York City (great tune) and next Natural High from Bloodstone and from the lead singer of The Youngblood’s a song called Ridgetop by Jesse Colin Young all great songs and would perfectly fit the Breeze which by the way was the name of some Smooth Jazz Stations in the past interesting that 98.7 was Smooth Jazz and now its The Breeze just a thought.

Re: 98.7 Song Requests
Someone from the station might actually be reading this. After posting it, i actually heard Ambrosias "How Much I Feel". My jaw hit the floor. MOR radio used to play it a lot but I dont think any Detroit station has aired that song since the early-90s
Re: 98.7 Song Requests
Heart Hotels and Make Love Stay - Dan Fogelberg
I’ll Be Around - Spinners
We’re In This Love Together - Al Jarreau
Hope that we hear an air staff soon. And hopefully the station doesn’t constantly tweak itself, like what 105.1 did for years under various AC formats. No Katy Perry/Lady Gaga/Usher, please.

I've heard I'll Be Around by The Spinners already, so you're in luck! I do agree with the other songs, and strongly agree with what you said about Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Usher, etc.

Re: 98.7 Song Requests
Luckily they aren't playing Katy Perry and Gaga, but they did play an Usher song last week. I only heard it once though. It actually fit in nicely though imo. It was "You Got It Bad"
